Our Program Structure:

Our ADP utilizes a progressive, periodized approach tailored to the developmental stage of different athletes. We combine cutting-edge strength and conditioning principles with a focus on proper technique and individualized attention.

  • Comprehensive Assessments: We begin with a thorough assessment to understand each athlete's current strengths, weaknesses, and movement patterns.

  • Strength & Power Training: Targeted exercises to increase maximal strength, rate of force development, and explosive power (e.g., squats, deadlifts, presses, Olympic lifting variations, plyometrics).

  • Speed & Agility Drills: Drills designed to improve acceleration, deceleration, change of direction, and reaction time specific to various sports.

  • Movement Skill Development: Coaching on efficient running mechanics, jumping, landing, and cutting techniques to optimize performance and prevent injury.

  • Conditioning & Endurance: Sport-specific conditioning to build the stamina required to perform at a high level throughout an entire game or season.
