Our Athletic Development Program connects weightroom strength to on-field performance.

We build a robust and comprehensive strength foundation, then turn that strength into explosive acceleration and change-of-direction on the field. Assessment-based programming finds and fixes gaps so you don’t lose power or speed when it counts.

The Speed Formula turns Athletic Development gym power into on-field speed. We train mechanics, acceleration, top-end speed, change of direction, and sport tempo so gains become game performance.

50 SESSIONS, 25 WEEKS, 4 SEMESTERS. THE FORMULA THAT WILL BUILD YOUR SPEED PERFORMANCE.

Methods & Coaching

  • Plyometrics and resisted/assisted drills to improve stride
