FAQ-ADP

Q. How does the schedule work?

We understand the demands of an athlete's schedule, which is why we've designed our program with flexibility in mind, while still emphasizing the importance of consistency and dedication.

Here's how it works:

  1. Choose Your Membership: Athletes first select a membership based on their desired weekly training frequency:

    • X2: Two training days per week

    • X3: Three training days per week

    • X4: Four training days per week

  2. Select Your Days: Once your membership is chosen, you'll work with our Head Coach during your initial assessment consultation to pick the specific training days that best fit your schedule.

  3. Maintain Consistency: We ask that athletes commit to their chosen schedule and remain consistent throughout the month. This dedication is key to seeing optimal athletic development.

Your specific training schedule will be finalized and communicated to you during your initial assessment consultation with our Head Coach.

Q. How Do we Pay?

Payment for your athletic development program can be made at two convenient times:

  • At your initial assessment consultation

  • At your first official training visit

To ensure a smooth start to your training month, payment must be completed prior to beginning your first training session.

We offer two secure payment methods:

  • Credit Card: You can pay by credit card on file directly at our facility.

  • E-Transfer: We also accept E-Transfer payments for your convenience.

Is this circuit training?

No, our program is not circuit-based training. We firmly believe in an individualized approach to athletic development.

Here's how we tailor our programs:

  • Personalized Programming: Each athlete receives a custom-designed training program. This program is developed based on a comprehensive assessment of several factors, including:

    • Their specific sport

    • Current season (on-season, off-season, pre-season)

    • Individual athletic needs and goals

    • Available timeframes

    • Current level of training and experience

  • Progressive Cycles: Athletes will typically work on the same personalized program for a period of 4-6 weeks. This allows for consistent adaptation and improvement. Adjustments and progressions are made as needed based on the athlete's development.

  • Performance Testing: To ensure optimal progress and assess performance, our coaches will periodically schedule testing weeks. These dedicated sessions allow us to evaluate how the athlete is performing and make data-driven decisions for future program adjustments.

Will My athlete be Coached?

Absolutely! Your athlete will always have dedicated coaching support during their training sessions.

We ensure multiple coaches are consistently Coaching and circulating throughout the training area. Their primary focus is to provide ongoing guidance and hands-on assistance, helping athletes maintain the quality of their performance and optimize their training experience.

Q. Is this a strength program?

No, our program is not solely focused on strength training. We recognize that true athletic performance is built upon a combination of crucial physical attributes.

Our comprehensive approach targets:

  • Speed

  • Power

  • Strength

The Head Coach will assess your athlete's current training level and their position within their sport's season (e.g., off-season, pre-season, in-season) to determine which energy systems and physical qualities require the most emphasis for optimal performance development. This ensures a well-rounded and effective training plan tailored to their specific needs.
