The Recreational Athlete is dedicated to long-term health and strength development. They begin with personalized 1:1 training to ensure their foundation, technique, and programming are optimized for their specific goals. They can conveniently purchase a package of 10 sessions to kickstart their training.

The goal of 1:1 is often to build confidence and independence, allowing the athlete to smoothly transition to the ADP-Recreational Athlete program. However, if dedicated, personalized attention remains their preference, 1:1 training is always available.
