At Strength House, we believe the term "General Population" is a bit too... well, general.

You might be a former college player who miss the structure of a team, a weekend warrior trying to stay on the pitch without another injury, or someone who has always wanted to train with the intensity and purpose of an athlete—but life, careers, and kids happened along the way.

We know that being a "Life-Athlete" comes with its own set of obstacles. You’re balancing old sports injuries with new professional demands. You want to be explosive and strong, but you also need to be able to pick up your kids or head to the office without being "broken" from a workout.

Our mission is simple: We Build Athletes. All of them.

We don't believe in a "one size fits all" approach. Whether you thrive in a private setting or love the energy of a locker room, we have a place for you:

  • 1-on-1 Performance Coaching: The ultimate personalized experience. We focus entirely on your movement, your old injuries, and your specific goals to build a bulletproof foundation.

  • Women’s Only Strength Classes: Train in a focused, empowering environment designed specifically for the female athlete. We focus on building lean muscle, functional power, and total-body confidence.

  • Mixed Athlete Classes: High-energy, competitive, and community-driven. These sessions bring our "We Build Athletes" philosophy to a group setting where everyone pushes each other to be better.

  • Sunday #IceUp Recovery Sessions: Training is only as good as your recovery. Join us on Sundays for a dedicated session focused on mobility, Fascial Stretching (FST) principles, and restorative movement to get you ready for the week ahead.
