Flexible Membership & Small Groups
All of our group programs—including Mixed Strength & Conditioning, Strong Ladies, and Prehab Strong—operate on a membership basis designed for maximum flexibility.
The Max-10 Rule 📏: To ensure you get the technique focus and coaching you deserve, every class is capped at an average of 8-10 people. You get the energy of the group with the attention of a personal session.
Point Flexibility 🔄: Your membership points aren't locked into one specific program. You can spend your points on any group class in the schedule! Whether you want to hit a Strong Ladies session one day and Mixed Conditioning the next, the choice is yours.
Streamlined Training ⏱️: Most sessions run for a high-impact 45-50 minutes, making it easy to fit elite-level training into your busy life.

MIXED GROUP CLASSES
Mixed Group-Everyone
Our Mixed Group Strength & Conditioning is for the recreational athlete and the "life athlete" who wants to build strength while staying agile and athletic. We cover it all—mobility, strength, hypertrophy, and conditioning—in a fast-paced 45-50 minute session.
This program is for everyone. We built a program that include modifications and progressions for every movement, ensuring anyone can join the group and thrive. Whether you're training for a sport or just for life, we help you keep your athletic edge while building a resilient, powerful body.
Our Schedule
We fit into your life with mid-day and morning options every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday:
Mid-Day: 12:00 pm
Afternoon: 2:00 pm
Saturday 8:00am

Strong Ladies: Build Power, Keep Your Grace
The Strong Ladies program is designed for the woman who refuses to settle, whether she’s looking to dominate on the recreational field or simply wants to feel powerful and capable in her daily life. We focus on helping you gain serious strength and rebuild your physical performance, all while embracing and celebrating the inherent beauty of being a woman. You won’t just be lifting weights; you’ll be joining a defiant and supportive community of women who thrive on seeing each other succeed. If you're ready to see what your body is truly capable of, this is where your transformation begins.
Prehab Strong Ladies: Rebuild Your Foundation
If you’ve been sidelined by small tweaks or are still dealing with the lingering effects of past injuries that never quite got the rehab they deserved, Prehab Strong Ladies is your path forward. This program specifically targets the gaps in your physical foundation to ensure you are moving correctly and safely. But make no mistake—this isn't a passive recovery session. We still "get after it" with intentional, high-quality movements that challenge you while respecting your body’s needs. It’s time to stop training around your pain and start training to eliminate it for good.
