At Strength House, we believe personal training shouldn’t be a permanent crutch—it should be a powerful launchpad. Whether you are recovering from an injury, new to the weight room, or looking to break a performance plateau, our 1-on-1 coaching is designed to give you the tools, technique, and confidence to eventually transition into our Classes or Athlete Development Programs (ADP).

What’s Included in Every Program:

  • Comprehensive Movement Screening: We identify your unique mechanics to prevent injury and customize your program development.

  • Body Composition Tracking: We monitor progress through photos, weigh-ins, and circumference measurements to ensure your hard work is yielding results.

  • Nutritional Guidance: Fueling is half the battle. We provide simple, effective nutritional templates to help you make the best choices for your goals.

  • The Exit Strategy: Our goal is to develop your skills so you can eventually move into a team environment with total confidence in your movement.

Tiered Coaching & Pricing

Our coaching staff is tiered based on years of experience, specialized certifications (such as FST), and professional background (CFL, Olympic, and Team Canada experience). This allows us to provide elite-level coaching at various price points to fit your needs.

Hourly Rates Range From: $80 – $125 / Hour

Why the Price Difference?

Our Junior Coaches are highly skilled at building foundational strength and general fitness, while our Senior Coaches often specialize in advanced athletic performance, injury rehabilitation, and fascial stretch therapy. During your consultation, we will match you with the coach who best fits your specific goals and budget.
