Our 2-Week Lacrosse Rookie Prep is a high-octane, sport-specific training block designed to ensure you show up to tryouts faster, stronger, and more resilient than the competition.

At Strength House, we don't just "work out"—we build athletes. This program bridges the gap between athletic development and elite lacrosse performance.

What We Focus On:

  • First-Step Quickness: Be the first to every ground ball.

  • Rotational Power: Increase your shot velocity and core stability.

  • Lacrosse Speed: Sport-specific conditioning that mirrors the flow of the game.

Investment

  • Monday & Wednesday (4:30PM): Focused Strength & Explosive Power. We build the engine needed for heavy contact and high-intensity shifts.

  • Friday (Bonus Day 6:00PM): Lacrosse-Specific Speed & Agility. Linear mechanics and multi-directional speed tailored specifically for the movements you’ll use on the turf.

  • Cost: $125 +Hst
