LACROSSE OFF SZN TRAINING

Our Camp Prep Structure:

Our 4-week Lacrosse OFF-SZN Camp is an intensive, progressive program designed to deliver maximum impact. Each week builds upon the last, culminating in a comprehensive athlete.

  • Advanced Strength & Power Training: Targeted sessions focusing on sport-specific strength (e.g., lower body power for dodging, core strength for shooting) and explosive movements (plyometrics, Olympic lifting variations).

  • Lacrosse-Specific Speed & Agility: Drills designed to improve first-step quickness, multi-directional agility, and reactive speed crucial for lacrosse.

  • Integrated Conditioning: High-intensity interval training and endurance work tailored to the energy demands of a lacrosse game.

  • Skill Application with Guest Coaches: Dedicated sessions where special guest coaches will apply physical gains directly to lacrosse skills, focusing on:

    • Shooting & Dodging Mechanics: Power generation and efficiency.

    • Defensive Footwork & Positioning: Agility and strength in defensive scenarios.

    • Stick Work & Ball Handling: Enhancing control under pressure.

    • These sessions bridge the gap between the weight room and the field.

  • Movement Efficiency & Injury Prevention: Focus on mobility, stability, and corrective exercises to optimize movement patterns and reduce injury risk.

  • Performance Testing: Testing to track progress in key athletic metrics (e.g., sprint times, jump height, strength benchmarks).

  • Recovery & Regeneration Education: Guidance on nutrition, hydration, and active recovery techniques to maximize adaptation and prepare for the next session.

  • High-Performance Environment: Train alongside a dedicated group of peers, fostering a competitive yet supportive atmosphere.
