Coaching: Led by Coach Makayeo + Guest Coaches from the Pro Leagues.

THE LACROSSE Layout
Monday: Force Production (Strength & Power) Focusing on high-output movements to build the strength & power. We bridge the gap between lifting and athletic explosiveness to ensure you're the strongest athlete on the field.
Wednesday: Building Armor & COD (Explosive Speed) Change of Direction. We teach you how to decelerate safely and re-accelerate instantly to create obvious separation from your defender.
Friday: Sport-Specific Skill Development (1:1 Drills) Where the training meets the turf. High-intensity, 1-on-1 competitive drills designed to apply your new speed and power to real-game lacrosse scenarios.
