Our Program Structure:

Our 12-week Flag Football OFF-SZN Camp is an intensive, progressive program designed to deliver maximum impact. Each week builds upon the last, culminating in a comprehensively developed athlete ready for the season.

  • Speed & Agility Training: Targeted sessions focusing on linear speed, lateral agility, multi-directional quickness, and reactive drills essential for flag football.

  • Plyometrics & Explosive Power: Exercises designed to improve first-step quickness, jump height (for interceptions), and overall explosiveness.

  • Integrated Conditioning: High-intensity interval training tailored to the stop-and-go, short-burst energy demands of a flag football game, including repeat sprint ability.

  • Core Strength & Stability: Essential for efficient movement, powerful throws, and injury prevention in dynamic actions.

  • Skill Application with Guest Coaches: Dedicated sessions where special guest coaches will apply physical gains directly to flag football skills.

  • Movement Efficiency & Injury Prevention: Focus on mobility, stability, and corrective exercises to optimize movement patterns and reduce injury risk, particularly for hamstrings, quads, and ankles.

  • Performance Testing: Regular testing to track progress in key athletic metrics (e.g., 40-yard dash, pro-agility shuttle, broad jump, vertical jump).

  • Recovery & Regeneration Education: Guidance on nutrition, hydration, and active recovery techniques to maximize adaptation and prepare for the next session, crucial for a demanding 12-week camp.

  • High-Performance Environment: Train alongside a dedicated group of peers, fostering a competitive yet supportive atmosphere essential for team-oriented flag football.
